Another twist on overnight oats that can keep them interesting and super fast and easy to do!
Prep: 5 min
Sit: 4 hrs- Overnight
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 – 3/4 cup almond milk, whole milk or even ½ & ½ if desired
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 cup of mixed berries, I used blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
1 teaspoon maple syrup, agave or honey
Add oats, milk, chia seeds, mixed berries, and syrup together in a mason jar. Seal the jar and shake. Chill in fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy cold or heat up in the microwave! I prefer mine warm 🙂
Note: Add a bit more milk if you wish and top with additional berries if desired prior to serving!
