Yield: 6-8 servings
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
¼- ½ cup sugar, adjust to your liking
½ – 1 teaspoon dill weed
2 cucumbers, sliced thinly
1 small onion, sliced thinly
Salt & pepper to taste
In a small mixing bowl combined the apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, dill weed, salt and pepper.
Add in the thinly sliced onion and cucumber.
Cover and let sit for an hour and your all set! Enjoy!
