1lb Gulf shrimp, peeled & deveined
Homemade Alfredo Sauce (Click for recipe)
1lb Linguine noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons Parmesan (garnish)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, (garnish)
In a medium pot, heat water with a pinch of salt for cooking the Linguine noodles. In the mean time; let’s make the Alfredo sauce.
Make homemade alfredo sauce according to recipe. Takes roughly 15 minutes. While you are making the Alfredo, sauce toss your noodles in and cook for 4 minutes, till they are al dente. Strain the noodles when done.
In a medium skillet melt down 1 tablespoon of butter and the 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the butter starts to turn a little brown. Add in Gulf shrimp and cook roughly 2 minutes on each side. Once done toss into the homemade Alfredo sauce for one more minute.
Put all the noodles into a large family style bowl, top with the Alfredo sauce with Shrimp and toss.
Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
