Ingredients:
1 15oz can chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
Any seasoning you want to use
- Sea salt, pepper, cheyanne pepper, garlic salt ect.
Directions:
PREHEAT oven at 450’
Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas in a strainer. Let dry for about 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, dump in your chickpeas and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Mix till chickpeas are fully covered with oil.
Dump chickpeas out onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle any seasoning over that you want.
Ideas: I have done Kosher salt and pepper, Cheyanne pepper and salt for a little heat, garlic salt. These are just some that we have done but the ideas are endless!
Place your seasoned chickpeas into the oven for 30-40 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Let cool. Place in an airtight bag to keep them fresh! Healthy and easy to take with you!
