12 oz. box Jumbo Shells
2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups steamed and chopped broccoli

Cook pasta according to the package, just until al dente. Drain once done and lay out in a large 9×13 to cool and dry.
Make the homemade alfredo sauce according to my recipe.
Once alfredo sauce is complete, in a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, steamed chopped broccoli, and 1/2 cup of the alfredo sauce. Toss to combine.
Add a large spoonful of alfredo sauce to the bottom of the 9×13 pan. Fill shells with spoonful of chicken and broccoli mixture and place in the 9×13 pan.
Pour remaining alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the top.
BAKE for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown and bubbly.
Enjoy!
