Ingredients:
1lb Turkey burger
1 jar of Prego “Florentine Spinach & Cheese” Italian spaghetti Sauce (my favorite), you can use any
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Parmesan, shredded for topping
1lb angel hair spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package -(We used a spinach linguine noodle in ours)
Directions:
Place turkey burger in a skillet and brown. Add in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, ½ teaspoon red pepper, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning and stir it in. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the jar of Prego Florentine Spinach & Cheese spaghetti sauce. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the angel hair noodles for 6 minutes till al dente.
Place spaghetti in a nest in the middle of your plate, top with amazing sauce and parmesan cheese!
Serve with crusty Italian bread, gourmet olive oil and a bottle of red wine!
