So we were introduced to this one night at the Sake House in Beaver Dam while we were eating sushi and fell in love! If you love a good Italian Pinot, then please pick up a bottle of Ecco Domani!
Ecco Domani is produced in the northeastern part of Italy where the climate is perfect for growing the grapes for this wine! We are headed to Venice, Italy soon and can’t wait to see what other wines we will be able to check out of theirs and possibly straight from the source! They do make a merlot, so I think we will wait till we are in Italy to try that one!
This Pinot Grigio wine offers light citrus and delicate floral aromas, tropical fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is a really good fit with light pastas, poultry and fish.
