Yields: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
1 pork roast, size depends on how many your feeding
1 jar pepperoncini slices with juice
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Provolone cheese slices
Hawaiian Rolls or Ciabatta rolls
Directions:
Place pork roast in crockpot with 1 cup water.
Dump full jar with juice of pepperoncini slices in the crockpot on top of roast. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Cook for 8-10 hours depending on your day and what works best for you!
Once cooked add 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Then shred up the pork roast right in the crockpot with the rendered pepperoncini’s and juice still in the pot.
Serve on a Hawaiian roll or ciabatta roll with provolone cheese slice on top and fries on the side.
Super simple and yields a lot. Freeze remaining for future dinners if you have a ton left over! It happens!
