Homemade Italian Croutons

  • Day old loaf of Italian or French Bread
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt & pepper
  • Italian Seasoning


Preheat oven at 400′ degrees F’

Cut the loaf of bread into desired cube size. Lay the cubes out on large sheet pan. Drizzle Olive Oil over the bread. Sprinkle just a touch of Kosher salt and pepper over the bread. Sprinkle a generous amount of Italian seasoning over the bread and toss with your hands. Pop the sheet pan in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let croutons sit until they are cooled. Enjoy!
