INGREDIENTS
5 cups of Popped Popcorn (1 bag popped)
3 tbsp. Butter
4 cups Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Hershey’s Unsweetened Cocoa
INSTRUCTIONS
Pop 5 cups of popcorn and salt liberally and place in a large bowl.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a medium sauce pan. Once the butter is melted, add 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are melted.
When the mini marshmallows are nearly melted, add the cocoa powder and stir until the marshmallow mixture and the chocolate are thoroughly mixed.
Slowly pour the chocolate marshmallow mixture over the salted popcorn. Gently fold the chocolate marshmallow mixture in with the popcorn until the popcorn is covered.
Pour the Chocolate Popcorn onto a prepared cookie sheet.
Melt chocolate of your choice and drizzle over the Chocolate Popcorn.
Allow the popcorn to cool. Break apart into pieces and serve.
