1 tbsp. butter for dish
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
½ of a (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of celery soup
½ (4-ounce) package shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (15-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes,
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers ____________________________________________________________________________________
preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter dish. I used a 9×9.
In a large bowl add the minced onion, sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hash browns, and salt and pepper. Combine until well blended.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top evenly with crushed Ritz and bake for 35 min or until lightly golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
