Fast and Fruity Ice Cream

To die for!!! Super easy and quick to make! So refreshing and you don’t feel guilty for eating it!

Servings: 4 servings


4 cups any mixed frozen berries (I used a berry mix of Raspberry, blueberry & blackberry)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped, plus more for shaving


Place the frozen fruit in a food processor with the Greek yogurt, heavy cream and vanilla.

Process until smooth.

Add the chopped chocolate and pulse until the chocolate pieces have become small bits.

Serve immediately in bowls and garnish with shaved dark chocolate over the top if you would like.

NOTE: If you choose to put the rest in the freezer please know it will get rock solid due to water content in the frozen fruit. But just pull it out  and let sit for 30 minutes  and it will be ready to serve. It will no be more like a sorbet. Still so good and the flavor is amazing!
