1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 teaspoon Koesher salt
2 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 350″
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Then kneed the ingredients on the counter after mixing. Roll out the dough, cut them into the desired size you would like.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 16 min on one side, remove from oven and flip them over and continue to back for another 16 minutes on the other side.
Repeat until you are out of dough.
