Super quick and easy meal!

Yields: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
1lb turkey burger or beef
1 pkt taco seasoning
1 bag nacho cheese chips
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 small head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 small Roma tomato, diced
1 can black olives
1 can corn, drained
1 can black olives
Mexican Crema’, optional
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350’F.
In the bag the chips come in, crush the nacho cheese chips and place at the bottom of the 9×13.
In a large skillet, brown the turkey burger and add the taco seasoning and water according to directions. Add the cooked turkey burger over the top of the nacho cheese chips.
Spread out the can of black beans over the top, then the corn, then the cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Then add the iceberg lettuce to the top when serving to maintain the crisp refreshing lettuce.
Drizzle with Mexican Crema’.
