Quick & easy work week meal that everyone will love!

Yields: 4-6 servings
1 box ziti noodles
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 can cheese soup
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 bag of mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
1 bag of Turkey pepperoni
Dash of kosher salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven at 400’F. Spray a 9×13 pan with light cooking spray.
In a large pot, cook ziti noodles per the instructions on the box. Once done strain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add spaghetti sauce, can of cheese soup, Italian seasoning, and a dash of salt and pepper and stir. Add the noodles to the mixture and fold mixture all together. Pour into the 9×13 pan.
Top with cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
In a skillet sauté all the turkey pepperoni just to give it a crisp and put aside until all pepperoni is sautéed. Once it is all complete layer over the shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
