Arugula Salad w/ Olive Oil-Lemon-Parmesan Dressing

1 package Organic baby arugula
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Pinch of koesher salt
Pinch of fresh ground black pepper


Place Organic baby arugula in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss lightly.

Leave in bowl or dump on plate and top with a pinch of parmesan! Super easy yet refreshing!
