Garlic & Herb Steak Butter

So divine!

Total: 2 hrs 8 min
Chill: 2 hrs
Yields: 4-6 slices

Ingredients:

½ stick unsalted butter, room temp
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix it really good.

On the counter lay out a small piece of plastic wrap. On top of the plastic wrap lay out a piece of wax paper or parchment paper.

Take your spatula and scoop all the butter mixture on the paper. Form a cylinder shape, roll it up and twist the ends like a giant piece of bubble gum. Place in the fridge and chill for 2 hours minimum. I like to freeze mine, but fridge is a good choice as well.

When your ready to use, pull it out and slice 1/2-1-inch-wide and place on top of your seared steak! Watch it melt! SO good!
