Cinnamon & Sugar Apple Chips

More healthy snacks!

Yields: Depends on how many apples you use


Ingredients: 

1 bag of  small apples of your choice
Cinnamon and sugar


Directions:

PREHEAT oven at 225′

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and dry the apples. Take a mandolin and thinly slice all the apples, removing seeds.

Place thin apple slices in a single layer on the parchment paper. Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon and sugar.

Place baking sheet in the oven for 2 hours. After 1 hour flip over the slices. Continue baking for 1 more hour.

Remove from oven when golden brown and crispy.

Let cool and enjoy!
