Simple Black Beans & Rice!

Yield: 2 servings

1 cup Jasmine Rice
1 can Black Beans
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper 

Cook rice in a rice cooker for roughly 15 minutes
Heat up the can of Black Beans on the stove. Do not drain. 
Add 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder and stir.
When rice is complete put it in the base of a bowl, pour 1/2 cup of Black Beans over the rice!
Simple! Enjoy!
