A fun take on a Philly classic!

Ingredients:
16 oz crescent rolls
Roast beef
½ red bell pepper
½ green bell pepper
1 onion, caramelized
½ package Provolone cheese
Salt and pepper
Egg for wash
Au jus
Directions:
Before beginning, prepare all your ingredients. Flip a cookie sheet upside down and place bowl in the middle to form your ring shape.
Place all of the crescent dough flat around the bowl in a sun/star shape.
Pile on each ingredient close around the bowl, on the inside edge of the crescent roll sun.
Remove the bowl out of the center.
Wrap each point of the crescent dough around all the ingredients and tuck under inside ring to hold the wreath together.
Brush on egg wash. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
