This healthy, no mayo chicken salad recipe is made with Greek yogurt, a touch of sour cream, spices, fresh dill, shredded chicken, celery, grapes, diced apple & walnuts! Super versatile salad that can served on a bed of lettuce, in a lettuce leaf and even in a wrap shell! Very refreshing!

Ingredients
1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
¼ cup sour cream
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh dill *chopped *dried will work fine, also.
2 shredded chicken breasts
⅔ cup red, seedless grapes, halved
1 small apple, honey crisp is yummy
1 large celery stalk, diced
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Instructions
Start by measuring Greek yogurt, sour cream, spices and dill into a large mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until smooth.
Cut your grapes in half, dice apple and celery and chop walnuts. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl along with shredded chicken.
Stir ingredients together until they are all well coated with dressing.
Chill and serve!

We served with bib lettuce but you can serve it on a bed or Romain or which ever lettuce you choose! You can roll it up in a shell and make a wrap! Super versatile.
