Some thing simple and basic for a quick breakfast in the morning that is pretty healthy! You can any type of berries, bananas or granola if you please. Easy to freeze or lasts up to 5 days in the fridge! Perfect for those busy work weeks!

Cook Time: 45-55 minutes
Total Time: 55-65 minutes

Ingredients
3 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 ½ cups milk or almond milk
⅓ cup butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine oat, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Add in eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix well and spread in a greased 9×9 pan.
Bake 40–45 minutes. (8×8 bake for 50-55)

Serve warm, drizzled with warm milk if desired. That is how I prefer it!
