Creamy Goat Cheese Fig Spread w/ Crostini

Super simple but so flavorful! Service with your favorite glass a wine and make it a date night or a you night!

Prep: 5 min

Cook: 10-15 min

Total: 20 min

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

4 oz plain goat cheese

2 oz plain cream cheese

2 tablespoons Agave

1 loaf of Italian or French Baguette

1 jar of your favorite Fig spread

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Slice the baguette on the diagonal about 1/2“ thick. Place on a baking sheet and bake for roughly 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown and crispy. It is your preference so keep an eye on them or they will burn!

In the meantime, combined the goat cheese, cream cheese, and agave in a electric mixer and whip on high for 3 minutes until fluffy.

On a flat plater or in a bowl, add your creamy goat cheese spread, top off with the fig spread of your choice. If you don’t care for fig, please feel free to choose what you want!

Place your crostini’s around the plate or bowl and serve!
