Scott Kelley Pinot Noir 2019

This Pinot Noir is from Oregon. Typically we see a lot from California, but to my surprise this Pinot Noir was mouth watering. I do love a good Pinot Noir with pizza for sure and would buy this one again in a heart beat!

Scott Kelley creates his wines at top-tier vineyards in Umpqua Valley (Oregon’s oldest wine region), then heĀ blends some of the state’s mostĀ stellar Pinot Noir with pristine fruit sourced from the nearby Willamette Valley ā€“ all to bringĀ you the very best of Oregon in a singleĀ wine.Ā

“This northwest classic drips with decadent flavors of juicy black cherries, dark berries and even a touch of vanilla and toasty spice from aging in extravagant French oak.” ~Naked Wines Wine Club

Serving advice
Give it about 10 minutes or so to breathe. We do this with most of our Reds, unless we are in a hurry or so thirsty it can’t wait!

Food match
Pair this luscious red with mushroom Risotto with wild chanterelles or a nice woodfired pizza!
