Mom’s Banana Bread

Perfect breakfast with a cup of coffee!

Total: 1hr 10min
Bake: 60 min
Servings: 6-8 servings


Ingredients:

1/3 cup oil
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 cup banana’s (smashed)
walnuts or mini chocolate chips – Optional

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350’.

This is the easiest recipe that you can make. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Dump mix into greased bread loaf pan. Place in oven for 45-60 min. Check starting at 45 minutes, each oven is different. It will get brown on top but that is ok!

Super moist and awesome!

** Mini loafs- Bake for 30 min.
