6 Tbsp. Butter
6 Cups Mini Marshmallows, + 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows (for topping)
6 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup crushed gram crackers
Melt the butter in a medium pan on medium heat.
Add Mini Marshmallows, stir until they are completely melted.
Turn off the heat.
Add the Rice Crispy Cereal and mix until the cereal is completely coated with the Marshmallow Mixture.
Spoon into a 9×11″ shallow pan.
Press down into the pan.
Allow to cool.
In the meantime, melt the semi-chocolate chips in a double boiler till fully melted and silky smooth. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the chocolate and mix well.
Pour over the rice crispy bars in the pan and smooth out covering all Rice Crispies.
For the next layer, add 2 cups of mini marshmallows to the top.
Put under the broiler for 5 minutes till melted and golden brown.
For the last and final layer add 1 cup of crushed gram crackers! Let cool! Enjoy!
