Baked Brie with Craisins & Pecans

Servings: 6-8 people


Brie Cheese (Wedge or Wheel)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Craisins


Pre-heat oven to 350′. Carefully remove top rind of Brie.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover Brie with 1/4 cup honey and place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until warm throughout and bubbly. The last 5 minutes add the Craisins and pecans and finish baking.

Carefully remove Brie from oven.

Serve immediately with bread, crackers and fruit.
