Total: 30 min + Chill Time
Cook: 8-9 min
Servings: 35-40 cookies depending on size
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
5 cups flour
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350’.
With an electric mixer mix all ingredients above together.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least a couple hours. Roll out your dough to roughly 1/8” think and cut your cookies.
Bake until just a little brown is on the edges, I found that to be roughly 8 minutes.
Let cool on a cooling rack. Frosting when done!
