Roasted Asparagus

1lb asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper


Preheat oven to 425’F.

In a gallon bag put your cleaned asparagus in. Drizzle with the olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt and black pepper.

Dump onto a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Done! Perfect side to any entree’.
