Simple yet refreshing!
Yield: 6-8 servings
1 container of Organic Arugula
2 honey crisp apples, cored and cubed
1 ½ cups grapes, washed and halved
Pinch of salt & pepper
Vinaigrette of your choice (recipe for vinaigrette on our blog if you need one)
Wash the container of Arugula and dump into a large bowl. Take the cubed honey crisp apples and toss in the arugla. Next toss in the grapes. Toss well.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Drizzle vinaigrette of your choice over the top and toss. Should be lightly coated.
