Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Bake: 60 min
Servings: 2 loaf


Ingredients:

3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups mini chocolate chips



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 2 9×5 loaf pans.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl except the mini chocolate chips.

Pour mixture into the two loaf pans.

Sprinkle 1 cup of mini chocolate chips on each loaf.

Bake for 60 minutes.
