Homemade Margarita Pizza – Simple & Fast

Yields: 2-4 servings


1 organic thing pizza crust, either pre-made or homemade
1 small jar pizza sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup chopped fresh Basil
½ cup fresh basil whole leaves
1 package fresh mozzarella balls
1 tablespoon garlic salt


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Layout your pre-made or homemade pizza crust on parchment paper.

In a skillet, add jar of pizza sauce, Italian seasoning and chopped Basil. Simmer for roughly 5 min. Spoon sauce onto pizza crust and spread out all over the dough leaving a ¾ inch edge.

Place fresh Basil leaves all over the pizza. Add as much fresh mozzarella balls as you would like on your pizza.

Take the garlic salt and sprinkle around the edge of the crust. Trust me it is amazing!

Bake in the oven for 14-17 minutes, till golden brown. Slice and serve.
