1 pounds tiger prawns, or any shrimp of your choice
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 ounce Cajun seasoning, we used “OLD BAY”
Marinate the shimp with the olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Place on a hot grill and cook until just pink and opaque. Serve immediately.
