Snack Bars to-go!

Healthy snacks on the go!

Cook: 12-15 min
Yields: 12 servings


1 cup nut butter (I used almond butter)
1 egg
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
3 cups of mix-ins (Ideas: sesame seeds, chia seeds, ground flax, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, raisins, chocolate chips, walnuts, sunflower seeds)
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt


Pre-heat oven at 350’.

Combined all ingredients in a food processor or strong blender until thoroughly blended

Dump the mix on a 9×13 pan greased baking sheet and press down evenly around the pan.

Bake for 12-15 mins

Let cool, then cut in to desired sizes. Individually wrap in plastic wrap. Easy to take on the go!
