It’s fajita time!

Yields: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
4 pre-cooked chicken breasts, shredded (Costco has great pre-cooked all white meat rotisserie chicken breasts already done up)
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon koesher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/3 cup water

Directions:
In a medium skillet, added in both red and green sliced peppers, and sliced up onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes till veggies are slightly tender with sauté markings. Place in medium bowl and set aside.
Add the pre-cooked chicken breast into the medium skillet, cook till heated through, roughly 7-10 minutes.
Add in all dry seasonings, 1/3 cup water and mix well. Add back in the pepper, onion mix and cover and let simmer for 3 minutes.
