Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Another take on Tilapia! Super simple & few ingredients needed!

Cook: 8-10 min
Yields: 4 servings


¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Lemon, 2 tablespoon zest, 2 tablespoons juice
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon koesher salt
Alterative for seasoning: Buffalo Wild Wings Lemon Pepper seasoning
4 tilapia filets, thawed


Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combined salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons lemon zest.

Brush each filet with olive oil, both sides, place on baking sheet. Take the simple lemon zest mix and sprinkle heavily onto each filet.

Place the baking sheet in the oven.Bake for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily. Drizzle with lemon juice when you pull it out of the oven.

We like to serve ours with jasmine rice! It is simple, doesn’t take a lot of time, and feels clean when eating!
