Italian Red Wine Vinegerette

Ingredients: 

3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Directions:

Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk together. Add the oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly.

Pour into a bottle! Use when you need it!
