Ingredients:
Small bag of baby red potatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon butter
olive oil for the pan
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet.
Drop in your cubed baby red potatoes, add your seasonings.
Stir frequently. Place cover on the pan during the last 5 minutes to cook the rest of the way through. potatoes are done when they are nice and golden brown and tender inside.
