Instant Pot Glazed Carrots

A super fast, simple and tasty side to go along any dinner! Carrots are good for your eyes right?

Prep Time 2 minutes

Cook Time 4 minutes

Total Time 6 minutes


Ingredients

 1 lb. baby carrots

 6 tablespoons butter

 1/4 teaspoon salt

 1/4 cup brown sugar

 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 1/3 cup water


Instructions

Place carrots into the Instant Pot.

Add butter, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and water.

Cover the pot and make sure the vent on the top of the cover is set to “Sealing”.

Press the “Pressure Cook” or “Manual” button. Set timer for 4 minutes.

Once the carrots are done cooking, switch the vent to “Venting”.

Stir carrots and serve.
