Incarnadien Pinot Noir- Zinfadel is a smooth medium bodied wine. This wine is a classic California Pinot with great fruit intensity. The light blend of zinfandel brings some notes of raspberry which is so good. Hints of pomegranate and cherry that balance the smooth vanilla with a light oak feel.
This wine pairs well with foods like pizza, roasted duck breast and appetizers like sausage rolls.
